Anice Verde (Pimpinella anisum): this annual plant has a an exquisite, unique aroma. It is used for herbal teas, for making liquors, and infusions.
Sowing from March to June, harvest from July to September. It should be placed under partial shade. At harvest time, the plants are cut and hanged upside down, then they are shaken in order to collect the seeds.
A fabulous, traditional plant that should not be missing from any garden!
