Elephant Tusk Thai Eggplant (Solanum melongena)

Elephant Tusk Thai Eggplant (Solanum melongena): Also known as Green Long Thai, this interesting eggplant is, despite its origins, amongst the most tolerant to low temperatures, withstanding even frosts. The flavour will not disappoint, it is really tasty, different from other eggplants, mainly the more popular, purple one.

The fruits 25730 cm, hold a beautiful light green; the plant is small, does not exceed 60cm tall, but it is fairly productive. Suitable for cultivation around the world, North and South (late sowing), the only thing to watch for is the temperature during germination, 24°C, otherwise, the seeds won't germinate, and if irrigation continues, they rot.
