Lemon Zucchini (Cucurbita pepo): Beautiful variety that displays a gorgeous creamy yellow colour and is shaped like a lemon. It should be eaten when still immature, like all zucchinis, when the skin is still tender and smooth. They become orange when fully ripe and their skin becomes blistery which signals the right time to collect the seeds. Its taste is very much like all other zucchinis although a bit sweeter.
