Casper Eggplant (Solanum melongena): we chose this variety because of its resistance to cold weathers. It is early, ready in about 65 days from sowing.
Tyhe plant is small and very productive, its fruits are nearly 20cm and are completely white, hence its name. It has a unique taste, since unlike other eggplants, this one has no bitterness, and tastes more like a mushroom.
It adapts to any climate, and is suitable for expert gardening lovers as well as amateur ones.
