Zulu Pepper (Capsicum annuum): from Poland, a beautiful black pepper. Very thin skin, crunchy and tasty, also very fragrant.
It tolerates cold better than regular peppers, it’s early and productive.
The plant reaches 60 cm, it is useful to remove the peppers to prevent them from weighing the plant down, because of its massive production.
To get the seeds, save the fruits from the best plant until they turn red. It is uitable for vase and soil cultivation. It also des well with early planting because it tolerates low germination temperatures.
Even if it's not too big, it is good in any kind of recipes, you can also put it raw in salads.
