Musquee di Provenza Pumpkin (Cucurbita moschata): French variety now widely cultivated in Italy, valued for its pulp and its productivity.
It is deeply ribbed and easily reaches 12 kg. Its skin and pulp flaunt an intense, inviting orange colour.
It produces little waste when processed, which is a great advantage for its consumption.
