Blue Autumn/Winter Radisn (Raphanus sativus): this variety has excellent tolerance to low temperatures, it has elongated shape and a beautiful blue/purple color. The pulp is clear and tender, not too spicy. It is an ancient variety, to reproduce the seeds it is necessary to leave some plants until the spring after sowing, the flowers will be followed by the pods that contain the seeds, collect them when they have a dry appearance. The roots keep well after harvest, if storage in straw, in a fresh dry environment.
