Brown Tuvagliedda Bean (Phaseolus vulgaris): a climbing variety typical of Basilcata, one of the wildest regions in Italy. They come from Sarconi, a small town, where they have IGP denomination; a special title awarded to high quality products from a specific area. They are beautiful and tasty, used in many recipes, because they are flavourful and have a velvety texture.
