Purple Cauliflower from Sicily (Brassica oleracea): Sicilian variety with highly beneficial properties, it is rich in anthocyanins and antioxidants that exert a series of beneficial effects on the health of cells and tissues of the whole body.

The intensity of its colour depends on the microelements of the soil, a good fertilization along with full sun exposure results in the creation of anthocyanins which bring about its intense purple.
