Green Anise (Pimpinella anisum)

Green Anise (Pimpinella anisum): annual plant of pleasant unique fragrance.Its seeds are used to infuse taste on liqueurs, brews, sweets and bakes; the leaves, of slightly more delicate taste, can elevate mixes such raw preparations. At harvest plants are cut and dried upside down, then shaken to collect the seeds.
