Green Zebra Tomato (Lycopersicon lycopersicum): beautiful variety of green tomatoe whose abundant small fruits hold yellow stripes over the green background. Its taste is intense, a bit acid and very aromatic, such as all the green tomatoes, its pulp is juicy and firm. It is versatile and can be consumed in many ways but it gives its best when raw.
The plant is determined, very rustic and has good resistance to water stress and apical rot. Fruits need 75 days to be ready.
The origins of this beauty date back to the last century when it was inserted in the catalogue by Tom Wagner di Everett, in Washington 1983.
Thanks to its ornamental characteristics and its strength, it can be easily grown in pots on balconies.
