Thumbelina Tomato (Lycopersicon lycopersicum): from Ukraine one of the most ancient varieties with the smallest fruits in the world (berries), rare and ornamental, but also tasty, it is excellent for children.
The plant gets filled with a cascade of hazelnut-sized fruits.
This is an indeterminate variety, so it requires support, but it’s still excellent in pots and balconies; being immune to apical rot, it tolerates water stress and the lack of nutrients that comes with pot cultivation.
