  • Purple Top Turnip (Brassica rapa) :  early variety with good resistance to cold temperatures . Crunchy and sweet.
    It can be strored for long periods of time and it's generally ready in 55 days. As any other rustic variety, it is suitable for hard soils, the roots can reach up to 12cm; however, for consumption they should not exceed 7cm. 
    The root is completely edible,  and out of the other varieties, this one is  particularly sweet and crunchy.
