Norfolk Turnip (Brassica )
Turnip Norlolk (Brassica): ancient English variety known since 1500. As any other turnip it is soft and has a particular resistance to humid, harsh territories. Leaves are fleshy and the pulp is more tender than in other varieties, its taste is also more delicate. The upper part is green and the lower one, white.
All Turnips are high in vitamins, minerals, and fibers.
