Chinese Pink Celery (Apium graveolens)
Chinese Pink Celery (Apium graveolens): this variety is rustic and easy to grow; its beautiful pink color makes it very attractive, rendering it great for providing your vegetable garden with colour, attractive on counters, and on the table, highly ornamental.
To be sown in seedbeds and transplanted when it reaches 5 cm. Celery grows slowly, it takes about two months to transplant, it also needs a soft and always moist soil.
To reproduce the seeds you should wait until the spring after the first sowing, protect the plants with adequate mulch, or cultivate them in deep containers so you can take them indoors if the climate is particularly harsh. The stalks are naturally pink and do not require bleaching, which makes cultivation extremely easy.
