Chinese Pink Celery (Apium graveolens)
Chinese Pink Celery (Apium graveolens): rustic and easy to grow variety; its beautiful pink color makes it very attractive, great for providing your vegetable garden with colour, attractive on counters, and on the table, highly ornamental.
To be sown in seedbeds and transplant when it reaches 5 cm. Celery grows slowly, it takes about two months to transplant, it also needs a soft and always moist soil.
To reproduce the seeds you should wait until the spring after the first sowing, protect the plants with adequate mulch, or cultivate them in deep containers so you can take it indoors if the climate is particularly harsh. The stalks are naturally pink and does not require bleaching, which makes cultivation extremely easy.
