Yellow Jalapeño (Capsicum annum)

Yellow Jalapeño (Capsicum annuum): unlike the Purple one, this variety  does not differ much from the classic Jalapeño that caused this variety to become famous: the plant is very productive, fruits hold a regular shape, 7-8 cm long by 3 in diameter. When mature they acquire a beautiful bright yellow, no nuances, so it is highly ornamental. Taste and spice are the same as the classic green one: lots of taste nuances, intense, around 5,000 SHU.
