Spaghetti Pumpkin (Cucurbita pepo): unique variety that produces fruits up to 2 kg, when extracted, the pulp can be used to make vegetable spaghetti.
When raw, the pulp is similar to other pumpkins, but if boiled for 45 min, cut in half, and removed the seeds, it can be used as spaghetti or noodles.
Its flavor is almost neutral, and for this reason it is suitable for many recipes, it is healthy and easy to make.
This pumpkin has no particular water or soil needs, which makes it easy to grow.
